Maîtrise in Wirtschaftsrecht (Grenoble), DESS für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Recht des Technologietranfers (Grenoble).

 

Tätigkeitsgebiet :

Marken- und Geschmacksmusterrecht, Urheberrecht, Internet- und Computerrecht, Vertragsrecht, Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftsrecht.

 

Bisherige Berufserfahrung :

Frau Darbouret ist seit Anfang 2005 bei IXAS CONSEIL und berät vorwiegend im Marken-, Geschmacksmuster- und Vertragsrecht. Zuvor war sie 5 Jahre lang in einer Pariser Patentanwaltskanzlei tätig.
